Dr. Toler is an awesome eye doctor that really cares about his patients. Smart & attentive, he advises and gets you where you need to be. His receptionist is so friendly and helpful, you feel like you have known her for years. I would highly recommend Dr. Toler for the whole family.

DR. ALAN IS A GREAT EYE DOCTOR
I went there for glasses because my insurance company they take. I have had the worst experience. His secretary is rude I went to Cary st but she won’t answer so the other store answers & she is so nasty. By glasses have been ready for 2 was. & they’re making me have an appointment to pick them up. Totally not convenient for me. I will never go back. They have about 20 frames to choose from I think this doctor doesn’t care about his business too much.So fair warning don’t go there.
scheduled me for a 9:15 appt, sent me three confirmation texts. get to the office and they say the office is closed until 9:45 for a staff meeting. 🤡
