I was in a bad place after breaking my neck and becoming immobile. I live in Elliston and have no support. During transportation to Richmond hospital, my contacts were lost. My own Eye Center in Roanoke didn’t offer much help, but the staff at Dr Toler’s staff jumped in and not only provided me contact lenses, a storage case, but some lens care solution as well. Extremely obnoxious and snarky secretary. Every time I've had this displeasure of dealing with this woman, it's the same thing. Dr. Toler, you should fire this woman. She's costing you money. Patients: I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
Alan Toler withheld my spouses Prescription from her years ago. This is illegal. He made her cry more than once. Don’t support this man or his practice.
