Excellent personal interaction and fully explained procedure and after care instructions.
All the staff at the facility were very kind and professional, looks to me that everyone enjoys working there. Dr. Smith was excellent at listening and truly care about me giving a clear explanation of the next steps. I also liked his sense of humor as well as his crew.
Explained my condition and gave me a step by step process of what I should expect from my follow-on visits.
Dr. Smith's welcoming smile and laughter adds a comforting atmosphere to the patient and his staff as well.
Quick check in with absolute minimum wait time to see the doctor. Very careful foot exam and tests and explained everything he was doing and why. Dr. Alan Smith is one of the best podiatrist I've seen. I highly recommend him ( and his son Dr.Scott Smith) to anyone in need of great foot doctors!

Dr. Smith is amazingly and genuinely funny and professional. Hated being operated on, with Kat and his assistant, but I'd do it again because of him. What an amazing professional!
