The elderly nurse is hands down the most miserable and rudest person I've ever encountered. The office management in this office should be let go. Who runs an office and doesn't check insurances and benefits before the day starts? NONE!!! What office runs tests before creating a treatment plan?! NONE! What type of secretary is rude and disrespectful to patients and still has a job?! Very FEW!!!! This officr is run so poorly it's dispicable!
