Dr Macgill is very nice and a great doctor. Unfortunately it is hard to recommend his practice due to the office staff. You cannot reach the office directly, you are sent to a centralized calling center. They are nice when you can actually speak with someone, but they are not helpful. Which is very frustrating, and even more so, we are owed a substantial refund and they wont give it to us. We have been waiting for over 7 months!!!! Dr Macgill was awesome! My appointment was on time , he explained in detail what needed to be done. I am now 4 days out of surgery , and so thankful for Macgill!!!!

He took the time to answer all my questions. Doctor and staff very professional. I'll be seeing him again in 3 weeks to discuss surgery as injection didn't help. Still in a lot of pain. LOVE the shoes he recommended. Hoka.

The doctors are good, but the “business” of the practice is awful. Always long wait in the office and you don’t get seen until well after your appointment time. Also,, you cannot call the office directly. All calls go through a centralized call center where you wait on hold for as long as 20 minutes to speak to a call rep. It’s like institutional medicine. Totally disconnected from the patient. If you want personalized service and a good patient experience this is not the place for you

Saw him in 2 different offices over the last 3 weeks, he is very well informed and professional in his manner. I did ask.him for 2 references from former patients..
