I just left this dr office, from being scheduled by Disability caseworker. I've never seen nor been in an office of business, much less a DR'S OFFICE that looked like his. There was more trash on the floor than in the can. He had his feet propped up on one side of his desk and his secretary, whom was sitting on the other side, looked like she had just woke up and thrown the first thing she seen on. I just left his office in a strip mall (between a comic book store and a hair salon). He told my mother she had to wait in the car.when I walked in he had his feet propped on his desk and candy wrappers all over the floor with no receptionist.. he has 1 patient room and a bathroom.. the radio was blaring and his office was disgusting! I drove 2 hours and my whole appointment took 11 minutes.. it was supposed to be a cardiovascular appointment, but turned out to be him telling him me to grab his fingers and touch my toes.
