Dr. Mitchell had to deliver difficult news to me and did so in a manner that I could understand. He provided me all of the options in addition to his recommendations. He went through my images and answered all my questions. He did not act as though I was inconveniencing him or as though he needed to rush to get to his next appointment. He showed me compassion and empathy at a time when I felt complete shock and disbelief. I felt I needed to share my experience as the other 1-star review was not consistent with my experience.
