You can search, but you'll never find a doctor who cares more about your child's well-being than this man! Almost 10 years ago our pediatrician referred us to Dr. Weintraub, after other rave reviews from acquaintances we were blessed enough to get an appointment. He has been a wonderful advocate for both of our children ever since. His compassion and help know no limits and he is so thorough in his assessments that we never have a doubt about his diagnoses or suggestions. We trust him implicitly
Totally misdiagnosed my child with autism. Even his report was full of contradictions. I believe he was in collusion with SPS for SLP and OT. When I questioned his diagnosis, his exact words were, "I'm not here to argue with you." His diagnosis was reversed by 3 different doctors.
Misdiagnosed my child with autism when asked questions, replied, "I'm not here to argue wirh you." His report was full of contradictions and didn't even get my child's name correctly. Three MD's disagreed with the diagnosis as did the evaluations by the school system. I will go to my grave believing there was collusion with a SLP practice.
Excellent resource for families with children with special needs!! As an occupational therapist with many years of practice I am glad to continue to be a resource for him to send children.
I found Dr. Weintraub when she was 4 years old. Doree had autism with special assistance in her learning and growing up. Through guidance, some medication, time and love she became totally beautiful and talented inside and outside in her lifetime. Today Doree is 33 years old, singing, acting and dancing, thinking and now as she is always. Close your eyes when she sings you will feel the angel, We thank you Dr. Weintraub as the best dr. in the world!!!
