This man Dr. Lau should have his license taken away from him. He has been working here for over a decade and profits from the community. He neglected my family member despite the concerns as symptoms we shared with him.m for over a year. He made me not trust doctors fully/100%. My family member had a tumor growing and he never sent for an MRI and CT scan…degrees clearly don’t give intelligence or a caring heart.

Dr Sousa is not available on day of appointment. Staff will call to cancel a few minutes from your appointment or they won't call.

Dr. Lau neglected my mother even though I gave him multiple symptoms of what we now know is a brain tumor. This could have easily been detected via brain scan, however, he did never really showed interest in her well being. He seemed disturbed by her weight and the fact that she was wheelchair bound. Once she ended up admitted in the hospital White Memorial across the street, he was called and by physicians there and questions about this situation. He became very nervous.
