We had a very pleasant first experience with Dr. Boateng after an ER visit due to painful urination and inability to urinate for my hubby. He was very knowledgeable, calm, helpful and we felt we were in very capable hands.
I would give a 1 star but because I like dr. Boateng, I'm giving a 2 stars. I like dr. Akwasi Boateng I have been a patient of his for 5 years. However, the staff that works at the front desk are very unprofessional and inexperienced. What I mean by that is that in July 2024, I was seen by dr. Boateng and I he had told me to come back in a year. I was told by the front desk that an appointment couldn't be made so far in advance and that I will be contacted in about 6 months for my 2025 appointment. As of today, I haven't bee... read more
Dr. Boateng is an exceptionally professional and compassionate doctor. His expertise, dedication, and genuine care for his patients make every visit a reassuring experience. I feel truly fortunate and proud to be under his care.
I like Dr Boateng quite a bit. He is knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. However, at my visit two weeks ago, I arrived promptly for my appointment yet was not seen til an hour later. Today, I once again arrived promptly, yet didn’t make it out of the waiting room until waiting for nearly 30 minutes. The front office staff are full of attitude and look at me like I’m an idiot whenever I ask to pay my copay online instead of in person. Do what this review what thou wilt.
