At 65 any visit to a Urologist can be of great concern as it was for me. I found Dr. Bhandari along with his staff , from the receptionist to medical assistants to be very respectful, understanding, and genuinely concerned for my wellbeing. I visited the office twice to date, and both time was met with total professionalism by all. Dr Bhandari is always on time with his appointments which is very important to me
Followup visit for previous surgery. Test and patient feedback indicated possible restriction. Doctor and Staff worked to correct problem and eliminated restriction. Doctors and Staff here extremely efficient and caring. They listen to patient feedback and explain issues and procedures in great detail. Urology is sensitive subject but this practice puts you at ease while maintaining the seriousness of the situation and need to resolve any issues. Very professional and a very learned doctor whom practices with a delicate manner with accurate movements learned from years of experience. The whole urology staff at Mt Sinai were great especially the OR staff and the nurses on the floor.
