I cannot say enough positive things about this office. The staff are phenomenal. You are always greeted with a smile and they are always so helpful. Dr akolo is wonderful. I have been at this office for a very long time and highly recommended!!!!
This doctor’s office seems nice, polite, and helpful at first. However, the experience changes before you even see the doctor. If you are a few minutes late, they ask you to pay a $54 late fee; otherwise, the doctor refuses to see you. It feels very unfair, especially when patients sometimes wait a long time for their appointments. Is this a professional medical clinic or just a way to charge extra money?
The service is unprofessional and not patient-friendly. Anyone considering this office should be very careful.
I had an appointment at 3:00 PM. My car got stuck in the snow, so I tried calling the office to inform them that I might be 5–10 minutes late, but the phone line was always busy. I even left my car and took a taxi just to try to arrive on time. Unfortunately, I arrived at 3:10 PM, only 10 minutes late. Doctor is amazing. There’s a wait sometimes but that’s OK. The doctor genuinely cares and is a really nice person.
