The staff is incompetent. Doesn't take responsibility when they mess up. My girls have been patients of Dr. Pope for 4 years now. Dr. Pope herself is an excellent doctor but due to her front desk staff incompetency I will no longer take my daughters to that facilities. The staff behave as victims when THEY mess up. They have bad attitude and are extremely rude. They need to take a course in customer service because apparently they skipped that class. I don't recommend this place to no one.
