I had been a patient of Dr Akbarullah for some years, putting up with long waiting periods past the appointment time; passed off to assistants; because the Dr was too busy to see me. On numerous occasions he complained about the problems of his practice being inept. When ordering tests he would always say someone will call you to make the appointment, and of course no one ever did. The tests, I completed were done with the help of my own persistance. Front staff unprofessional and disorganized. Over worked and not enough staff (per staff’s comments). Not very polite. Back office excellent care. The walls are thin and you can hear every conversation in the room next to you. Waiting room…super stale, uncomfortable and Tv not even plugged in and you just sit in silence for 1/2-1 hour staring at other patients.
