Dr. Tummala put a pace maker in. He is such a good doctor, is so patient, listens and answers all questions. He is a very kind man.

Dr. Ajaya Tummula met my mother for the first time September 16, 2018 when he summoned at Willis Knighton-North. Upon seeing her that night, he quickly accessed she had a heart attack. He & his team successfully performed heart surgery-"saving her life." He showed me computerized images of her heart, explaining where the two blocked arteries were that triggered the heart attack. He treated the whole person, honoring her feelings on what is done to her body. Kudos, Dr. Tummala from Lisa Moreland.
My husband had Sudden Cardiac Death in 1997. While chasing a pig! Good Emergency CPR & on site defibrillation restarted his heart. Soon young Dr Tummala strategically placed a stent in the occluded coronary artery. . He saved my husband’s heart muscle that day and my husband ultimately had a full recovery. During the last 20 years Dr. Tummala has placed many more stents, knew when CABG.was indicated. He’s is an amazing & kind man and superb Cardiologist. The BEST! We thank God for him.
Dr. Tummala and his staff are absolutely outstanding. Always greeted us with a smile and warm handshake. Abundantly clear that the patient and family were of utmost importance and they all expressed genuine care and concern for us. It was a humbling experience dealing with the doctor, his staff, aid the Willis-Knighton staff that these people really made us feel as we were the most important people they were caring for!!!
Dr Tummala took great care of me when I had a heart attack. He inserted 2 stents in my heart and saved my life.
