Do yourself a favor. Find any other practice for endocrinology. I’m sure Dr. Bustamante is probably amazing, but the office practice needs a major overhaul. I stopped in person and made my appointment, gave my insurance info, spent 15/20 minutes filling out the paperwork. I arrived 3 days later for my appointment, and was told they needed my insurance info and to fill out all the paperwork again. I asked if maybe they made a file already and it was in there? UPDATE: THE LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS FROM THIS OFFICE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS. 3 EMAILS, 2 PHONE CALLS IN 6 DAYS AND NOT A SINGLE RESPONSE. Review would be a lot higher if they ***EVER*** answered the phone, returned emails or voicemails. My prescription has gone empty for over 2 weeks now. This is negligence.
