Worst density we’ve dealt with EVER! They contradict their assessments, they always force you to buy extra services out if the covered by insurance, always double charge unless you question them! Save your teeth and your money, find another place!
My family and I have been utilizing Blue Bell Dental Associates since we moved here during the Fall 2021. Although I am disappointed that Saturday appointments are no longer an option, I have come to appreciate the professionalism and competence of all of the employees. Most especially, Alvina, who cleaned my teeth WONDERFULLY and provided sage advice on how I could keep them that way. She is simply the greatest hygienist out there! Do whatever it takes to keep her around. Keep up the good work Blue Bell Dental!!!
I was totally duped and I think had procedures done to charge to my insurance that were NOT needed. Why do I think this? I had been religiously every 6 months going to a dentist in KOP. Due to insurance changes where I work I needed to switch. In the previous few years all my dental exams were clear and routine. When I went to Blue Bell dental all of a sudden I had a cavity and periodontal disease that required deep cleaning on the day of my routine exam and a recommended follow up for deep cleaning 3 months later.
