The manager, Ramira, had no patience quite; heartless and cruel. It was too much work for them to verify my insurance, so she took it upon herself to cancel my appointment with a dismissive attitude. Read the other 1 star reviews they are not lying. I haven't had a single issue with my insurance; it's one of the simplest open-access types. I guess she just didn't like me. I'm in God's hands at this point; I'll find a more caring place, I hope.
Dr.Loudyi is one of the best doctors I have seen for my psoriatic arthritis. I first started seeing her at KRMC Kingman offices, she is thorough, very knowledgeable about rheumotology. She has helped myself and my family With psoratic arthritis, she is a blessing. She honestly cares for me, and my health. I will be a patient of hers as long as she is in practice. Thank you JRowden
Sadly one of the worst experiences with a Dr. I have had. I came with concerns and she was dismissive, spoke over me, and was more curious about the background of the medical professional who did my blood panel. Said she would run some additional tests and one was for her study. When asked further about what she was looking for, she just said a gene. No clarification. She behaved as though I was wasting her time. Horrible.
