Called me 10 min before appointment time from a blocked unknown number and left a message and put the responsibility of getting in contact with him on me. Set up a second call today and never even tried to call this time. After explaining I’ve been in pain for over a year you would think there would be a sense of urgency and punctuality would be expected
Very happy that I have found Dr.Zihni He is always very easy to understand and right to the point. He is very knowledgeable in his area. My husband and I both have hernias but my husband experience with other Doctors at a different facility have not been as easy and have not delivered, my husband is still in pain. I will be referring my husband and anyone that is struggling with hernias, with Dr.Zihni.
Was referred to Dr. Zihni by my GI doctor for further testing. Dr. Zihni is a patient listener, honest, and kind. At each appointment and before/after surgery he answered all of my questions and was reassuring. I recommend having all of your questions written down beforehand for appointments. If you need to ask a question afterwards, his office may not return a call in a timely manner as they can get really busy it seems. Even the portal can be hit or miss. Just my experience.
