Great experience with Dr. Elgalady and his staff!! Smooth scheduling with a REAL person, Dr was very thorough and offered different options: I didn’t feel rushed or pressured.

What’s the point of this clinic if the receptionist can’t answer even the most basic questions? She didn’t know which days the doctor works, couldn’t tell me when the doctor would be available, and had no idea about the pricing for their services. It gave me the impression that they have no interest in helping potential patients or providing basic information. After this experience, I have no desire to use this clinic’s services. I do not recommend this place. Stay away from it!
