Great doctor !!! Very thorough examination and great bed side manners.
I contacted the front desk to see if they accepted my Federal Health insurance. The woman who answered said “No” and slammed the phone down. WOW!!
After waiting quite a while Dr Kupiec took a lot more time yelling at me about taking up her time instead of just doing the biopsy. She asked extremely personal questions unrelated to the visit and scolded my responses. I felt I was back in first grade
Dr Kupiec is unfailingly efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Her medical knowledge is stellar
We love Dr Kupiec. She takes her time with skin checks and any other issues. She calls personally with any test results. Most important, she diagnosed my husband’s melanoma early and helped him get prompt appointments with a surgeon and an oncologist. Highly recommend Dr Kupiec!
Her attitude needs improvement. She is very difficult to understand and she gets very anxious when she has to explain.
Be prepared to wait for hours and then after that, be prepared to be seen my a nurse to gather information then the doctor walks in, so you wasted another hour in the treatment room. language concerns as well, had difficulty understanding her well and she got visibly upset when I asked her to explain it slowly and again.
