I have been with Novus for at least 3 years if not a little longer. I was referred to Dr. Kahn and every time my appointment wd roll around, something wd always come up. This human first words he wanted to start off with were "you're on X scheduled meds" and I told him "and not a single one is by choice, and they were all ones maintained for 10+ years!" This is my personal experience and my opinion. I go to novus neurology and love them! They said they are trying to focus more on neuro patients instead of psych patients. They sent me to the second floor where Dr. Khan is located. This post is about his nurse practitioner Kim Veile. My daughter had an appointment with her that lasted all of 5 minutes. She didn’t engage with her at all. She didn’t even realize this was her first office appointment. She had never seen her prior to this appointment and she’s a major failure to the profession as a nurse practitioner. First Appointment last week It was great I was actually leaving just 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Khan got me in early and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Now 8 day later I am still waiting on office staff to contact my insurance for pre-authorization of my prescription. I have called the office 3 times today was the 3rd I will update review once they get back to my Insurance and pharmacy. I verified all this information with my insurance and pharmacist and the only holdup is the Office.
