Can’t say enough good things about this practice. I needed my first root canal. I felt at ease immediately upon calling the office and speaking to Genevieve. Dr. Adrienne Korkosz took time to explain the procedure in detail along with what might or might not occur. I highly recommend this friendly and professional practice.
Highly recommend Dr Korkosz!!! Her and Gretchen are so sweet and both very knowledgeable. I’ve been to their office multiple times and each time they have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome and well cared for. I recently went through a terrible toothache and ultimately needed a root canal. The staff there consist of two of the most genuine, caring and welcoming human beings I've ever encountered.

I highly recommend Dr. Korkosz in Schenectady. I was referred to her by my longtime dentist in the Troy area for treatment of an infection of a a crowned tooth. She performed a root canal which saved the crown. She saw me on time, thoroughly explained the procedure and kept her promise that she would be sure it was painless. She and her assistant are good communicators and very friendly. She is the one to see if you need this kind of dental work. Well worth the trip even if don’t live near Schenectady.
My husband and I both saw Dr. Korkosz, she was amazing! She took her time explaining everything and I really appreciated that. Her desk girl was so kind on the phone and really put me at ease!

A total lack of empathy, compassion, understanding and care for the pain of another person; not the attributes you can admire in a medical profession.

I'm sorry you feel this way, but I've never met you. We try to help every patient that shows up to their appointments. We, unfortunately, are not able to help people virtually and need patients in person.
If I could give no stars I would.. The receptionist I feel is very sneaky. Had a situation where I feel they were just trying to get my money. Waiting room is disgusting. Blinds are brown and look like they havent been cleaned in many many years. I should have walked out right then and there. Doctor was very polite and friendly though but office not very clean
