Thorough, knowledgeable, personable, caring.
Absolutely terrible manners. Brash, extremely rude, and uninformative, didn't answer any of my questions or thoroughly examine my 11 month old daughter. We ended up in the ER the next day with facial swelling and labored breathing. Had the doctor paid any kind of attention, that could've been easily avoided.
