I cannot recommend this surgeon based on my personal experience. I was disappointed with the communication, customer service, post-operative care, and, most importantly, my surgical results. I did not feel that my goals or concerns were adequately heard, and the final outcome was not what we had discussed or what I expected. I now have to consult another surgeon to see if the results can be corrected, which has been both frustrating and costly. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. Adrian does not have any bedside manner, no regard for my wife's expectations, did not provide any pain meds on tike, and the post-op care was basically a snarch and grab for money. This was the worst place ever and we will be filing a board complaint

Where do I even start?! From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable and was greeted as if the entire staff had known me for years. My initial consultation was about 2 hours long. The staff and Dr. Lo took their time and let me take my time making a decision for breast augmentation with a lift. Dr. Lo was my first choice for transaxilliary implants and he is one of the few existing doctors in the United States who still performs this surgery. I had my consult back in 2024 and I finally took the plunge with my surgery in October 2026. From start to finish, he and his team were welcoming and professional. My body looks absolutely amazing and I am so much more confident now. I would recommend Dr. Lo to everyone!
