This clinic is weird they are closed during regular week days thursday in particular and have no signs or business hours postings or online and 90% time no real doctor is available i wasted my time gas and headache for nothing.
We cannot thank you enough Dr. Bustamante and Staff. They extend extra miles for us each time we need assistance. Dr. Bustamante is very thorough and so as the NP's that he trained on board. The Staff , from the manager down to the MA's and interns make us feel very confident about the quality of care we are receiving.
Thanks very much for the immediate response on my serious conditions ( acute appendicitis) you save my life by sending me to ER for surgery. Thanks to all the staffs,Practitioners and specially to Dr.Bustamante.I will surely recommend you guys to my friends and relatives, more power and God Bless to all.
Doctors here are very professional and caring. As for all the receptionist ladies, they are not professional, very rude and are full of excuses. They need to do they job correctly! They have hung up on me as I was speaking which is unacceptable. I do not want to have to change my doctor just because the receptionist have horrible service. Once again here for a doctors appointment, receptionist are so rude. Love the nurse practitioner Flor, she takes times to hear what I have to say and explains everything. I was hospitalized and Dr Bustamante made sure that everything was good after the surgery. He is a very compassionate Doctor who treated you as a person and not just a medical record number to. He made sure that you will go home with your family in good shape, spirit, and good attitude towards fast recovery. The office staff of Dr Bustamante is very pleasant and carries the compassion that they believe on Service to all. Keep up the good job and Thank you York Glen Medical Clinic
