I love Dr Rafiq. He listens and takes his time.
Dr. Rafiq has been my dad's primary doctor since around 2013. Office is always clean, friendly staff and he takes the time to understand all our concerns.
My last Doctor dropped my insurance so I had to find another Doctor. So I'm a fairly new patient, been there 2 times now and an appointment in two weeks. Good experience top to bottom so far. Staff is nice, Doctor listens. Zero complaints. I'm 58 years old
I have been a patient for Dr. Rafiq's for several years. I truely like him but agree that his office manager is very unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. It seems like it has trickled down to some of the staff as well. I have complained about her but maybe Dr. Rafiq is too busy to look for someone else. I have thought about changing because of her as well. maybe
Office manager is awful. Pushed me to where I felt I was acting in my emotions. Dr Rafiq was my Dr for 8 years and ditched me because Melissa (his office manager who had been there less time than me) didn’t get among due to her constant picking and harassing, rudeness and I I Kenmore about my doctors personal life and patients names and conditions because of her loud mouth in the phone yelling at others or gossiping with the staff about a patient, their condition and how she’s going to get rid of them. She told me she’d get ... read more
He is very nice but the receptionist is awful. She does not know how to read lab results so she should not be allowed to give them to his patients. I'm sure Dr, Rafiq knows how Melissa is (I've complained) but he seems to not care. I'm considering finding another doctor.
I have been a patient with Dr. Rafiq for years. He is a wonderful doctor. Pleasant, listens, helpful. But his nurse Melissa, who I have to call when there is an issue with my pharmacy and so forth, displays the attitude of an angry person who treats me as a supreme annoyance every time I have to call. She needs another line of work. Because of HER, I may reluctantly change doctors.
My favorite Dr so far, always helpful and very understanding.
Office staff does not follow through. They promises to call you back with answers to your question, but they never do. I was told I would have to make another appointment to get the doctor to answer my questions as to why the services I was promise are not being delivered and I would need to pay for the office visit again.
