So let me start with I left this beautiful soul doctor office with not only a ton, uplifted from my shoulders, but a smile on my face and tears of joy. Dr. Berhanu Not only listened to everything from when my problems started, which was over a decade ago. She also acknowledged and noticed. Third update. Left the practice. Requested medical records and got a weird message directing me to the portal where I found my "records" that contained no doctor's notes, no record of my visits, and minimal info on my xrays. Not sure what is going on there but I cannot recommend this practice even though Dr Bernahu herself was great. The admin is messy and unresponsive.
