Fastest ER Ive ever been to
All front desk staff, nurses, and the PA were great. The Dr. Alison C. Ruch was the most cold and demeaning doctor I have encountered when using NGPG/NGMC. I would highly suggest asking for a different doctor if you find yourself in the ER when she is working.
The emergency staff and EMTs were great during my husband's medical emergency. They calmly explained everything and were friendly. That's what you want when scared. I'm grateful for them and wouldn't hesitate to go there again (hopefully not needed).

My son had an allergic reaction and this was the closest ER to our house. The staff was very courteous and walked me through the treatment plan and explained everything along the way. I felt like my son was very well cared for 🙂
