I very much appreciate a provider like Dr Zundel who listened with care and patience and explained options clearly. I also did not feel rushed during my appointment which was refreshing and even though I was there for non-urgent care, I would consider him for any future ENT care.
Dr Lee closed a Mohs incision on my face and it’s pretty much impossible to see where it was. He’s now working on an area on the side of my nose where I had another Mohs surgery and it’s healing really well. I couldn’t be more confident in his skills.
Dr. Zundel was a very patient and kind surgeon, taking the time to answer all of our questions and walk us through the procedure.
Everyone was very helpful. I also found the doctor to be detailed, understanding and extremely helpful.

I was referred to Dr. Lee by my dermatologist to have a few moles removed from my face. I have no reason to question his competence, but Dr. Lee’s bedside manner was the worst I have ever experienced. No patient deserves to treated badly. I was polite, cooperative, and barely made any request of him except to ask a few simple questions that he answered very impatiently. Dr. Lee was my surgeon last week for a deviated septum. Dr. Lee was clear, concise, warm, and careful in all of his explanations of the surgery prior to the procedure. Since the surgery, I have had no pain, no bruising, and no discomfort. Overall the recovery has been a breeze, far better than I had anticipated. Now I can finally breath 100% through my nose. Thank you Dr. Lee!
Dr. Lee could have been a great doctor previously, but these reviews don't seem reflective of him currently. My experience with him has been abrupt and dismissive, he's seen me for less than 10 minutes twice (both times I felt rushed out), missed a follow-up appointment and left me a voicemail with a misunderstanding of the primary issue. I tried to give him a chance because of all the great reviews, but at this point I don't even feel comfortable having another appointment or a surgery with this doctor.
