I would not take my dog to a vet that disregarded symptoms the way Dr. Morgan did mine. Told me he has been doing this 15 years and this isn’t his first rodeo. (Yes he said that) Arrogant to say the least.
unpleasant, to say the least. I first met him in August, 2018, seeking a new ENT after mine quit practice. I have Meniere's disease. At that time, Dr. Morgan told me 1. Call if I felt I my hearing declined, and 2. Do not stop the meds the previous doctor had prescribed. I called in November 2018 and got an appointment for Dec 17 (a month later). Dr. Morgan was loud, rude, dismissed my additional hearing loss as inconsequential, and told me he NEVER prescribes the medications I was taking.
Takes time to talk to you and explain what he believes is the issue. Listens to your concerns and addresses them in appropriate manner. Very knowledgeable and I am extremely comfortable with his treatment. His office staff are wonderful as well.
I love Dr Morgan! He's straight up front, no sugar coating, which I love in a dr but also has wonderful bed side manner and is a lot of fun when speaking to! He did a fabulous job with my son and his tubes and made us all feel at ease! Thank you Dr Morgan!! Highly recommended!!
