I felt so comfortable, they were so attentive and courteous, Dr Morgan was very likeable, professional, and gracious....and I learned so much from him just hearing his take on issues I was having. I felt that he truly cared about me as a patient. Very thorough. Super experience.
Very disappointed - a total waste! He did not seem to want to treat me, in fact mysecond appt. was a total waste.
I HAD A SEVERE EAR INFECTION AND I HAD TO GET A TUBE PUT IN MY EAR

I am leaving 1 star based on the chances of me referring anyone to this physician. He was friendly during my consult, but didn’t take me seriously. Once realizing I had something going on, he did reach out to me quickly. He did perform an outpatient surgery that was fine. His approach with my results of a test however was not professional or sensitive. He wasn’t familiar with what was ahead for me as a patient, so I believe he should have compassionately referred me on to someone without his sarcastic & unprofessional input.... read more
Excellent Knows what he is doing Direct but so am I As a cancer survivor I was concerned about finding a new ENT Answers my questions Listens to me Incredible staff also very knowledgeable I am a curmudgeon and old fart , still he treats me well I have lots of confidence in him 5 stars at least John Payne Jones
Dr. Morgan was very thorough. Takes the time to answer all questions. Staff wonderful.
Dr. Morgan was very friendly. He took the time to explain things in terms I would understand. His staff were extremely helpful and friendly as well.
I first started out with thyroid cancer. I had a tumor the size of an egg coming out of the left side of my neck. I got an appointment with doctor Morgan and on December 3 2019 I had surgery. It was bad the cancer was attached to my esophagus, wrapped around my trachea and killed the left side of vocal cord,resulting in removal of my thyroid. He did an excellent job of getting everything. I'm cancer free. My voice was not very good so on June 23 2020 doctor Morgan went back in and put a shim in on the left side on neck. And ... read more
