Girl who works upfront (Plasters wife) is a nightmare!!!!! She always tries to over bill you and unless you know anything about your insurance or able to prove it won't listen to you whatsoever. She talks down to you and NEVER listens to a word you are trying to say, all she cares about is "her" money. Dr. Plaster and his mother are WONDERFUL, however, as long as she is working there, I will NEVER go back.

Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Yes, they offered me anesthetic when appropriate Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? Definitely! Dr. Plaster is fine as a dentist, no complaints there. However, his registration/business assistant wrongfully put a $25 fee for a supposedly "broken appointment" when we had called to cancel. Evidently, they said that we had not given them enough notice. Sometimes when you get sick, it is sudden. They would not take that credible reason, and they're dead set on receiving a payment for a situation which was really unavoidable. No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Are you going to visit this provider again? Only if I couldn't find a better substitute
