Great medical care. I go to Dr. Pecoraro and he is one of the best Dr's I have been too. Kelsey is also great. I am glad to have found Ocala Family Medical Center.
In and out in no time,,could have left me in the MRI tube a little longer so I could nap
Slowest medical practice I have EVER been to. Over an hour wait even after scheduling an appointment months in advance. Happens EVERY time.
I normally do not like to badmouth anybody, but I must spread the word so others do not get hurt as well. Dr. Cruz from Ocala Family Medical Center was awful to my husband. My husband is the most likable guy on the face of the planet. Everyone that knows him likes him. He is quiet, mild, and very easy-going. He went to Dr. Cruz for knee pain and both Dr. Cruz and the staff strung him along with no help whatsoever. I can not say enough about Deb. She was great from the beginning. Her advice and treatment was very professional and the results after the first tax of IPL was remarkable. The age spots and sun damage that I thought I would have live with was gone and my completion was improved so much. My husband remarked as to was I was doing because your skins looks so much younger. If you don't value your time, this is the place for you, because they don't value your time either. Went to this place for years, and not once ever was I called in to see the doctor at my scheduled time. Seems they overbook constantly.
My husband see's Dr. Brian Pecoraro. He has called and emailed over to OFMC to try and get a Rx's called in to Walmart since since 4/11. NOTHING. No response at all. He has been out of his meds. about a week now. He was told he had to make an appt. with the office first. when he tries to schedule one on line, no one gets back to him to set up a day to come in. Terrible and unprofessional.
I love my Dr. Carlos Rodriguez, he is great and down to earth!
