I have been seeing Todd Panzer for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with his knowledge and professionalism as well as the service I receive. Todd is one of the most caring and compassionate men I know. He listens to all my concerns and never makes me feel like I'm being herded like cattle regardless of the time and his busy schedule. I love that ofmc is like one stop shopping for all my medical needs.
I feel blessed to have found a wonderful Doctor, Dr. Brittani Losapio is always so caring and attentive and I am always treated so well by everyone on the staff. From the moment you walk in the door, your wait isn't too long and they get you in and out with a smile and with the reassurance that they took care of your needs. She is the best!!!
Courteous office staff, not a long wait, either. Love Dr Williams and his staff, too! Was my 1st visit there, and I'm impressed! They really care!
Dr Adam alpers and his staff are super. They go the extra mile, especially if you are quite different and have drug allergies. They get to root of the problem. I am so.glad that we found them when we moved here 18.yrs ago
It's more like a love / hate. My family of 4 was going to Dr Alpers for general care. After multiple administrative mishaps including waiting 4 days for a stronger antibiotic that was supposed to be called in the day I went in I decided to see a different Dr in the same practice. We now see Dr Balch and she is wonderful. Down to earth, personal, caring & to the point. As much as I love the one stop shop that this facility provides you with, they cannot seem to bill your insurance correctly..EVER. Everytime I have been seen, I have to call back in and have them fix whatever coding they sent in originally because it's a part of my routine wellness and there shouldn't be a bil...OR!! They bill the wrong insurance company all together (even though they have your correct insurance information) and then you receive a collections bill for $5.50 for a service that you already paid for, had them c... read more
