I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the doctor was professional, ordered X-rays appropriately, and tried a corticosteroid injection for my suspected Morton’s neuroma. When symptoms persisted, he recommended an MRI, which was reasonable. However, there were some frustrating process issues. At my first appointment, I waited about 1 hour and 15 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. More concerning was the follow-through on the MRI order. I cannot recommend Dr. Katz highly enough. From my very first consultation, I felt informed, comfortable, and completely confident in moving forward with my LAPIPLASTY surgery. Dr. Katz took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and set clear expectations for recovery and results. The surgery itself went smoothly, and the care I received before, during, and after the procedure was above and beyond. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive every step of the way.
