Dr Kaplan has been my PCP for years and in these challenging times for providers he’s always able to spend time with me and answer all my questions. I never feel like he’s rushing the appointment, and he shows genuine empathy. I highly recommend him for primary care services.
Doctor Adam was good and very easy to talk to, however his office wanted to charge me over a $100 for a follow up visit (the initial annual checkup visit was 2 months before that and I already paid $600 something). the follow up was a 10 min video call because they were renovating their office. I asked them twice before and after the visit if I have to pay anything they said no. then I got hit with that bill, they said I havent met the deductible. well why didnt you tell me that it will cost that much and it will go through ... read more
Great Doc. Takes the time to answer your questions and get to the problem. Been seeing him for 10+ years!
Spent 4 months and resulted in nothing as well as, out of pocket over $1k and I had blue criss blue shield
