Office staff very friendly, prompt and checked on you if waiting longer than 15 minutes. Dr. Trevino was so good, thorough, funny and very detailed asked many questions.
Dr Trevino is great, office staff and nurses are fantastic.On the administrative side they have a lot of room for improvement. If you have to change an appointment they have extremely poor customer service. Nobody calls you back. You will have better results in showing up in person to change an appointment.
His straight talk - as he thoroughly explains the pros & cons. Also breaks down the medical terminologies in understanding terms. Great sense of humor & makes you feel comfortable, even under difficult circumstances, relating to the negative or positive realities of your medical situation.I'll recommend him highly, anytime, to anyone.
I like his charisma. He is caring and he explains things so that you can understand. He uses examples, and will restate things to clarify. He has put our fears to rest and made us feel more comfortable with our diagnosis. I would highly recommend Dr. Abram Trevino.
