How cold and very impersonal the staff has become. The lab used to be a 'fun' place. The techs were caring, funny and immediately made you feel warm. The staff inside was warm. Now, there is no laughter. No warmth. Very clinical. They are there to treat the cancer only. The PERSON needs treating also. If there is new management they need to lighten up. Dr. Trevino is a amazing person who truly understands cancer in all dynamics. What it does to the patient as much as what it does to the family as well. His honest approach gives you hope and peace of mind. Not only does he treat me for cancer he saved my son as well from it. In the fight against cancer he is the one you want.

Dr Trevino seemed to actually know my cancer history and families cancer history. He shows interest in how I am feeling and what is going on in my life.
Every visit, he tells me what he has learned from previous visit and testing he had me do.
Dr Trevino was very kind and attentive making me feel he really cared about my health.
Dr Trevino and his staff are warm and welcoming and always respectful of your health issues. Dr Trevino is very thorough, answers all of your questions, and does not hurry you. He is very well educated in his field and I highly recommend him.
