Although I have had to have several surgical procedures, I am confident in the surgical skills and procedures of Dr. Burgher and his group. I asked him for information on new procedures I had heard about and he was able to explain and work with me to see if that would help me and we proceeded with that process, which he had experience performing previously. Still healing and waiting to see if that will be an answer to my problems.
I dont know where to begin. Wait times 2 or more hours. Ask others in waiting room when there appt is and learn its the same as ours. First 2 shots, no pain relief at all. Third shot new pain elsewhere, excruciating pain and new urinary incontinence. Having a nearly 92 year old wait for 2.5 hours, sitting and waiting while they had lunch, all while she is in pain.
