Quick to collect payment (for which the process is not transparent), slow to respond to questions (if at all). It would appear the receptionists are either incompetent or unwilling to share billing details, especially concerning insurance coverage vs. patient's portion. I've been put on "hold" or callback with no response on 3 occasions. Had 3 fillings done and each visit felt colder than going through the drive-thru at McD's. Be prepared to wait 1hr plus even with appointment. Been coming to this office for about 5years , staff is always nice and doctors are nicer, my problem is the long wait. It’s only been a couple of times that I was seen within 40 mins(the fastest) . Don’t even think about telling the receptionist they always take forever because everyone will look at you wrong when you walk in the office & the doctor will tell you “he doesn’t want to see you until 1yr” knowing I have cavities.
