The entire dental team was exceptional! I was even contacted earlier than my scheduled appointment to get my procedure done asap. Dr. Macias & his dental assistant were efficient & informative throughout the process .They made quick work of a much needed procedure and I can’t thank them enough!
Best dentist in Pomona. Every one go book your Appointment with DR Abraham and you won’t be disappointed. Very clean environment. Lovely staffs too I give it a 5 stars.
Quick to collect payment (for which the process is not transparent), slow to respond to questions (if at all). It would appear the receptionists are either incompetent or unwilling to share billing details, especially concerning insurance coverage vs. patient's portion. I've been put on "hold" or callback with no response on 3 occasions. Had 3 fillings done and each visit felt colder than going through the drive-thru at McD's. Very proactive about reminders to revisit tho, even tried pre-collecting co-pay over the phone, but... read more
