If you need a Neurologist, I highly recommend Dr. Nagy. I go to him for migraines, but recommend him for everything he specializes in. He is bright, punctual and caring. My appointment never feels rushed and when I call the support staff is always helpful. I am extremely happy with the Nevada Headache Institute.... Susan Joy
Dr. Nagy keeps going until your headache free. He is not one to pass you off to another doctor just because his first or second line of treatment didn't work. I've been passed around and doctors have said, "That's the best we can do." Dr. Nagy will do EVERYTHING he can to relieve the pain and suffering of migraines. He is never rushed, always listens and is compassionate. The front office staff are the best in the world!

I think that Dr. Abraham J. Nagy is a superb doctor. I found him to be very knowledgeable, patient and kind. I never felt rushed, just the opposite. It seemed that he genuinely cared about my condition. Not a trace of any arrogance. I believe him to be a very companionate soul, as well. What a rare occurrence nowadays! I think that Vegas is a better place just because he chose to practice here. His staff was very professional, too.
I can't say enough good things about Dr.Nagy. Talk about a Doctor who truly cares would be an understatement. I'm unfortunate to have a rare condition called Cluster Headachs and after years of going from Doctor to Doctor he has been the only one to treat this. I highy reccomend him to anyone.

Very good at diagnosing and treating headache disorders. Having had several different Neurologists across the country, I can honestly say is by far the best I've seen
He is very rude and arrogant. He wants to experiment with different medications on you. He changes what you explain to him. He does not accept diagnosis from MRI.
