Missed a tumor and then when it was discovered he dropped me from his practice
My visit with Dr. Nagy was wonderful. I was seen ON-TIME and he asked a lot of questions. He not only provided recommendations, but also explained the reasons for those recommendations. I was never rushed, and he took the time to answer all of my questions -- like I was his only patient. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. His assistant, Lenny, was just as wonderful. I can't say enough about why you should stay away from both DrNagy and his brother, they absolutely decimated my life and when I stopped going to them they flagged me as a mentally ill Doctor shopper so that nobody else would take me seriously, I had to go out of state to get help and the doctor there said he was sick and tired of having to clean up their mess
I recommend Dr. Nagy because he is the most knowledgeable Neurologist in the field of headache. Don' t continue to except the pain; call to begin getting help with this debilitating condition.
Dr. Nagy is the most professional, organized, soft-spoken doctor I have ever seen. You should meet with him if you suffer with headaches. He has a wealth of knowledge to help you reduce if not get rid of your headaches.

Stay away!! He is rude and arrogant as others have mentioned. Obviously he hasn't changed over the years. Don't expect empathy. Twists your words and keeps asking you the same question until he gets the answer he prefers. Rolls his eyes when he doesn't believe you. If you have pain and want someone that is genuinely caring then keep searching. Horrible Dr !!
Dr. Nagy is an exceptional Neurologist. His appointments run on time and he doesn't rush you at all. I am always prepared with a list of things to discuss with him and we work well together. I really appreciate his front office gals. They are the most pleasant and efficient support staff I have had the pleasure to work with. Thank you Nevada Headache Institute. Can't speak to current staff. I think Dr. Nagy has a lot of helpful information to share - he just ddn't share it with me. Nice to read he has changed. In San Francisco he was arrogant, quick to get you in and out of the office without resolutions or a new plan. He was also known for "disappearing" - leaving to go back to India and leaving his patients without a doctor. For those of you who like him, I hope he sticks around for you.
