Horrible experience. Cancelled my appointment two hours before because they already have a full schedule. Unprofessional and Andrew was very rude speaking over me when I called back.
Do not ignore the negative reviews online about this practice’s administrative staff. I did, assuming the doctor must be good enough to outweigh it. I was wrong. Dr. Mendelsohn is aware that his practice has major communication issues and has stated that he believes the way his office operates is appropriate and professional. Amazing doctor!
I've been to 2 other ENT doctors and Dr. Mendelson and the female doctor that he works side by side with are far beyond the top notch the absolute best it the field they promised they would get my condition back to normal and just be patient now I'm almost perfect so look no further.
