This place is AWFUL! EVERYONE that works here is awful except for the NP Sandra Portales, she is awesome! It is hard to get a hold of anyone here, it is hard to schedule an appointment here, and it is hard to request a refill for your medication! They never answer the phone, and when they do they are not helpful and get no where. Great Doctor! Not rushing you out the door. Dr. Garduño makes sure he answers all your questions.
Staff very rude. He has too many patients and you can notice the lack of attention he gives them. I had a very painful diagnosis and his lack of interest, even when I called the office and message him in the webpage disappointing me. He never replied back, so I decided to change doctor. Later the office called me to schedule my annual check up, not sure how his office works.
Good guy and has been PCP for 20 plus years.
