By far the WORST expirence with a "specialist" I've had ever! She didn't give me time sensitive proper testing containers which can result in false negative. Never apologized for her HUGE mistake! Her nurse informed me for 20 years they have always used the same containers making me feel dumb for questioning them.. But the OSF lab technician is the one who informed me that I needed to call them and let them know they gave me the wrong containers. So basically twenty years of possible false negatives for her offices patients.... read more
