I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Fairly Average Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Sometimes, but you have to really look Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Sometimes, but not always Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

My visits have been wonderful so far; any music played in soothing, the waiting room is always clean and comfortable, and the wait is never too long. I get to see that doctor in a timely manner, and everyone is very professional and helpful. The doctor treats me like I am the most important person at that moment; the visit is never rushed, and he answers all of my questions in detail to ensure my understanding. He sincerely cares about his patients.
