I went in for a preventative annual mammogram which is billed at no charge per my insurance company. I was called back by Progressive telling me that I needed a diagnostic mammogram and possible ultrasound of my right side. I rescheduled this with the Winchester Medical Center Diagnostic Center because the first appointment Progressive had was 3 weeks out. While I've had positive experiences during my past visits to Progressive Radiology on Imperial Drive in Hagerstown, I am very disturbed by what I experienced there, this morning. One woman behind the desk had a face mask pulled down hanging off her chin. When a gentleman (wearing a face mask) walked up to submit his paperwork, this woman pulled the mask up to cover only her mouth - she left her nose uncovered for a long ten seconds, or so.
