The office left me a text and said the Dr was off on my scheduled appointment date and I needed to reschedule. I called in on November 1, 2022 and they advised they could not get me in until January of 2023. I advised that I needed to have my appointment in 2022 as I have a high deductible PPO and I've used up my deductible. I always go annually at the end of the year. Poor planning for a biopsy of the prostate. No prep instructions given prior to the appointment. Waited 2 months for the appointment, then neglected to give prep instructions. Very aggravating to an already stressful event. Need a better staff.
Went to Dr. Spitz to have a kidney stone removed. i was very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Dr. Spitz.

I was actually jumping online to get Dr. Spitz' phone number and happened to see this very false low review, so I had to leave a positive review on here. I spent months doing research for my surgery and Dr. Spitz was not only the highest rated but the most experiences around. He is very kind and easy to talk to, explains everything he is doing, and is an absolute pro. I would highly recommend him. Yes - the front office staff are busy and sometimes rude, but this doctor is top notch.
Dr. Spitz is a very smart and kind man. Add to this his outstanding knowledge of his specialty and this makes a wonderful combination. He was also very responsive to an emergency call I made in the middle of the night.
Doctor is capable, but staff, PA, Nurse, and Urology Center in Laguna Hills are inept and indifferent.
