One of the most unprofessional clinics that I’ve ever encountered. My mother had her second appointment today, but didn’t see the doctor, because he was out, which is the same thing that happened at her first appointment. They don’t even have the sense to call and reschedule appointments, twice is absolutely insane!
This office cancels appointments often.
Dr. Owens and his staff is always great been seeing Dr. Owens for about 7-8 years now and great experience every time. Highly recommend him and his staff
Our teenage son's appointments were canceled twice without notice or reason, once with a note posted on the door saying "office closed". No calls and no follow-up calls from the office to rebook their patients either time. When our son called to re-book, they told him it would be two months out, and when he said he would be graduating school before then, they just hung up on him. Unbelievably unprofessional. Definitely for the best that he goes somewhere else.
